We collect product usage information through PostHog, including pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns. We also receive technical information such as browser type, IP address, and device information.

We use this information to provide and maintain Apso, process transactions, send billing and service notifications, respond to support requests, understand product usage, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
Your code and application data
Code generated by Apso belongs to you. Application data in deployed services is processed according to the infrastructure model and services you select. We use access controls and operational procedures intended to limit access to what is required to provide and support the service.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported by the underlying service, and controlled credential storage. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting privacy@mavric.tech. You can close your account at any time. We may retain records when required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. When we do, we will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top of the page. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
